Startup & tuning of a 320,000 lb/hr fluidized bed coal fired boiler.
Design, config. and start-up on 4 electrochemical plants producing chlorine, hydrogen peroxide and chlorine dioxide. Designed & led installation of 3 mill wide DCS and fiber optic networks.
Project work included process design, HAZOP & safety analysis, DCS design, configuration and startup.
