Programmed and installed a Wonderware InTouch 10.0 HMI for complete control of their package boiler using Siemens 353 stand alone controllers at the St. Paul facility.
Currently converting Moore 351 and 352 single loop controllers to Siemens 353 controls for the boilers at the University of Minnesota steam plant. In addition, Trident will integrate a new tuning interface to the DCS.

Over the next few months, Trident will be working with Big River Resources in West Burington, IA to put the finishing touches on our Key Performance Indictors (KPI) Module.  Once finished this module will be able to show at a glance, Profit/Loss Statements, Daily Inventories, KPI Report, Downtime Report, Current Rates and Yields, just to mention a few.

New functionality in Lab Module

The Lab Module has new additional features.  You can now use the Lab Module for entering and keeping track of more data other than just your batches.  New functionality allows for custom forms to be added for entering data based on any other of your site’s forms.  D & E, Cook data, and Batch Ingredients are just a few ideas of forms, as any form can be added and customized to fit your needs.
