Trident is always seeking highly qualified Controls Engineers and Technicians. We require 3-5 years experience with various distributed controls systems or programmable logic controls. Programming and configuration proficiency in Rockwell (Allen Bradley) controls logix and SCADA. Must be able to program and write code. DCS proficiency with Siemens APACS and PCS7, Foxboro, Delta V, or Rockwell systems. Process control proficiency in process design, loop configuration and tuning, and plant startups. Must be customer focused, self directed , have a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Positions require 50% travel. Excellent salary, bonus potential and benefits. Trident is currently seeking a Project Manager is a technically proficient and able to manage projects while providing technical guidance to cross-functional engineering teams. Our teams develop design and implement sophisticated controls systems for manufacturing and industrial facilities. This position is well-suited for a project manager with hands-on engineering and product design experience, or a business-minded engineer with significant development team leadership experience who is looking to take on more responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall project success. The ideal candidate will have minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other relevant engineering degree. A minimum of seven (7) years industry experience, including three (3) years of project management experience is required for this position.

Trident is located in beautiful Northeastern Wisconsin. Northeastern Wisconsin is the home to some of the top public schools in Wisconsin (see http://dpi.wi.gov/spr/), five institutions of higher learning: St. Norbert College, University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Lawrence University, Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College, and Fox Valley Technical College. There are four seasons of outdoor activities, ranging from recreational sports, hiking, camping, all water sports, downhill and cross country skiing, hunting and fishing.
There are many restaurants, from family friendly to fine dining, in NEW to experience. The Meyer Theater (www.meyertheater.org) and the Fox Valley Performing Arts Center (www.foxcitiespac.com) provide access to professional theater including Broadway shows. Many of the communities of NEW also have community theater troupes. The Green Bay Symphony’s season begins in October and runs through April. For the person who is interested in sports, Northeastern Wisconsin is home to a well-known (Green Bay, WI based) professional football team, A2 arena football, two semi pro baseball teams, and a junior league hockey team. We are also only an hour’s drive to Door County, WI, (http://www.doorcounty.com), called the “Cape Cod of the Midwest.” If the big city is something you like, we are only 2 hours north of Milwaukee, 3 hours north of Chicago, and 3.5 hours east of Minneapolis-Saint Paul.
