Trident Automation, Inc. is celebrating its 20th anniversary and is growing rapidly. We are looking for a Software Developer II to expand our Software Development Division. We are looking for people with experience who believe in providing the best solutions for our valued customer base.

Essential Function:
The incumbent plays a key role as a member of the Trident Automation Software Team. Accountabilities include the design, installation, testing, maintenance, and implementation of Trident Automation’s proprietary software products.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to implement and maintain developed web solutions using C# .NET and SOA
• Mobile application development using Xamarin / MAUI for Android and iOS devices
• Manage and configure client product solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and IIS environments
• Maintain, implement, and enhance code leveraging Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX and Kendo UI frameworks
• Provide technical solutions in collaboration with clients to meet their business needs
• Develop and maintain SQL scripting for data manipulation and analysis
• Communicate in writing and speech, complex technical issues effectively to customers
• Provide business users the data required for metrics and analysis.
• Create reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting services
• Periodic travel to client sites
• Adhere to high quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on budget
• Provide superior customer support to business users at all times

Education & Qualifications:
Formal education in Computer Programming required. Minimum 3+ years of experience in coding and software development. Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Able to use one or more programming languages such as C# or Java and a core understanding of database interactions using SQL and LINQ. Must be a United States citizen or legally able to work in the US without sponsorship.

Necessary Skills:
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic with excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
• Experience with analyzing and writing SQL
• Experience with C# programming language and web/mobile application development to be deployed in IIS
• Have experience with object-oriented programming and a good understanding of XML
• Ability to adapt to dynamic customer requests / requirements
• Eye for detail, identification of problems, and offering solutions
• Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
